A veteran himself, retired from the U.S. Coast Guard, Jeff jumps at the opportunity to support his fellow servicemen and women. An experienced realtor, Rich earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and his extensive experiences in home inspection, working with real estate investments/investors and working for appraisers! After obtaining his real estate license in 2004, Rich went on to achieve milestones such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE)! And, Rich is a broker! Throughout his illustrious career, Rich has been involved with numerous charities including working with the Humane Society doing Pet Therapy, where he regularly brought puppies to children’s hospitals and On The Go, where he drives seniors to doctor’s appointments. He has been giving 10% of his commission to a charity of his client’s choice prior to joining our team (and still does in addition to the donation to the vets, totaling 20%). Rich is a member of the prestigious Burke Real Estate Consultants, Inc.
Gretza Roman of Big Block Realty boasts seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry. She started her career in title and escrow at First American Title in San Francisco. In 2003, after finishing her MBA in Business Management, Gretza got her real estate license and started working at Coldwell Banker-Mili Group and the Mili Mortgage Group doing both real estate and mortgage. “I believe that a real estate agent should understand the different loan options available to her clients and how they work.” Says Gretza.
Mrs. Roman worked as a real estate agent/loan officer in the San Francisco Bay Area covering San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Joaquin, Merced and other surrounding counties. Due to her husband’s career in the military the Roman family moved to Virginia, and Gretza was now licensed in two states. She spent most of her time working as a loan officer for a major Credit Union during this time. In early 2014, the Romans moved back to San Diego on military orders where they would remain put. Mrs. Roman brings a wealth of experience in both real estate and loans. She takes her time to listen and understand the needs of her clients. Mrs. Roman also specializes in working with military families as she knows the challenges they face from her own experience.
Jonathan’s goal for every client is to provide the best, most positive Real Estate experience. He will walk you through the process and educate you every step of the way. He prides himself on having accurate San Diego housing market knowledge, having the ability and determination to dedicate 100% of his attention on every single client equally, no matter the price point of the transaction, and withholding great communication skills.
