Rules for visiting the cinema Kinograd

These Rules were developed in accordance with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the laws of the Russian Federation: “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, “On Copyright and Related Rights”, “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture”, Federal Law No. 436 – Federal Law “On Protection of Protection children from information causing harm to their health and development ”dated December 29, 2010, No. 93-ФЗ“ On Amending the Federal Law “On Protection of Children from Information Causing their Health and Development” and individual legislative acts of the Russian Federation ” 05/01/2019, in accordance with the Rules of Cinema Service of the Population, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11/17/1994. No. 1264 (as amended on 11/17/2000, 02/01/2005, 12/14/2006, 10.03.2009).

The rules determine the procedure for skipping and norms of behavior of citizens located on the territory of the cinema, which are aimed at creating the most comfortable and optimally safe conditions for the pastime and rest of visitors.

These rules are mandatory for all visitors to the Kinograd cinema.

By purchasing an entrance ticket, the visitor automatically accepts these Rules and agrees with the conditions of visiting the above. Visitors to the cinema are required to comply with these rules, public order and norms of moral behavior in the cinema and on the territory adjacent to the cinema. Any visitor to the cinema has the right to get acquainted with the current rules before buying a ticket.

The cinema Kinograd includes 7 cinema halls equipped with modern sound and video production systems, as well as digital projectors (3 D).

1. Sale of tickets

1.1. The visitor can purchase tickets for events at the cash desk of the cinema for cash and non -cash calculation, as well as buy tickets online on the cinema website. The visitor can clarify the availability of tickets for specific dates and events at the checkout. When buying tickets, the visitor has the right to get comprehensive information about the availability of benefits, promotions, the rules for visiting the cinema and age -related restrictions on the films demonstrated.

1.2. By purchasing a ticket for the event held by the cinema, the visitor confirms the fact of the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services in the field of culture with the contractor (cinema), as well as consent to these rules. The contract for the provision of services is drawn up by issuing a ticket visitor.

1.3.The ticket is a document of the established form containing information about the terms of the contract with the consumer.

a) the name and type of service;
b) the time of the provision of the service (time of the event);
c) the venue of the event, as well as the place of the viewer in the auditorium;
d) the price of the service, and other information provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4. When buying tickets through the site, in front of the payment of payment, it is necessary to make sure of the correctness of the selected cinema, film, date, session time and selected places.

1.5. The calculations between the viewer and the cinema are carried out in the currency of the Russian Federation (rubles) in cash and non -cash form (through payment cards when buying tickets on the cinema website). The visitor is obliged to check the purchased tickets and money without leaving the box office. Cash claims presented after the purchase of a ticket are not taken into account.

1.6. The sale of tickets in a row through a place is not carried out.

1.7. The sale of tickets to the VIP hall is carried out taking into account the purchase of places in order, starting from the first chair of each row.

1.8. Buying tickets online is carried out through the Internet website www. Cinema – Grad. ru. After paying for the ticket to the specified email address, a message is received indicating the “purchase code”, which must be informed with the cashier when printing a ticket.

1.9. The film is displayed in the presence of one or more tickets sold.

1.10. The canceled session, due to the lack of visitors within 10 minutes. From the beginning of the session, does not resume at the request of the late visitors.

1.11. Discounts provided for by the cinema are provided only if the viewer has a document confirming his right to receive a discount (invitation ticket, passport, birth certificate, student ID, pension certificate, etc.).

1.12. Spectators are responsible for providing a cinema for inaccurate information, including information about the age of the child.

1.13. Invitation tickets are the property of the cinema.

1.14. If the viewer was late for a session through his fault, tickets are not subject to return and exchange. In this case, the viewer can view the session, regardless of the time of the past from his beginning.

1.15. The Cinema Administration Kinograd refuses to sell tickets:

a) minors who have not reached the age of 6 years;
b) minors who have not reached the age of 12 years, if they purchase tickets for a session (film) allowed for viewing for people over 16 years of age;
c) minors who have not reached the age of 18 years, if they purchase tickets for a session (film) allowed for viewing for people over 18 years of age;
d) persons with signs of obvious alcohol or narcotic intoxication;
e) persons who violate the rules of conduct in public places, including in the cinema.

1.16. In the presence of parents or legal representatives of children who have not reached the age of 16, such children are allowed to view the session (film) 16+.

1.17.In case of disputable situations, the parent or legal representative of the child assumes full responsibility for the implementation of the Federal Law of December 29, 2010 N 436-FZ “On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development”.

In accordance with Art. 26, 28 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 64 of the IC of the Russian Federation, the legal representatives of minors are parents, adoptive parents, guardians and trustees, or guardianship and guardianship authorities (Article 123 of the IC of the Russian Federation, Articles 7, 8 of the Federal Law “On Guardianship and Guardianship”). You must provide supporting documents.

Legal representatives are responsible (administrative, civil, criminal) before the law for the actions of minor children.

2. Procedure for returning cinema tickets

2.1. In accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the ticket buyer has the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the contract for the provision of services for a fee and return the ticket before the start of the screening, subject to payment to the cinema of the expenses actually incurred by him related to the fulfillment of obligations under this contract .

2.2. Sold tickets are subject to a refund in case of cancellation of the film, replacement of the film, low-quality demonstration of the film due to the fault of the cinema, fire evacuation of the building, as well as in case of failure to provide information about the age restrictions for viewing the film.

2.3. In case of being late for the event (not attending the event) for any reason, the box office of the cinema does not reimburse the buyer for the cost of the ticket.

2.4. In case of damage, damage or loss of tickets, duplicates will not be issued and the money will not be returned.

2.5. Returns are subject to original movie tickets purchased only at the box office of the cinema with intact control before the start of the screening.

2.6. In cases of replacement, cancellation or postponement of the event for more than half an hour, the cost of the returned tickets is fully refunded to the buyer. Refunds are made only at the box office of the cinema if the original ticket is available.

2.7. If the viewer was not admitted due to the age restrictions on the film, the administration of the cinema has the right to return the full cost of the purchased ticket, if the necessary conditions are met.

2.8. In all cases, cinema tickets are accepted on the basis of the buyer's application and in the presence of a passport.

The fact that the visitor wishes to return the ticket and receive back the money paid to the cinema for the ticket, the visitor submits a written application indicating his passport data and place of actual residence addressed to the general director of the cinema with justification of the stated requirements (hereinafter referred to as the application). Together with the application, the visitor hands over a returnable cinema ticket.

2.9. The return of cash to the visitor is carried out at the box office of the cinema immediately from the moment the application is submitted. In the case of a non-cash payment, a refund is made within thirty days from the date of application.

2.10.The tickets purchased at the box office are returned no later than 10 minutes before the start of the session.

2.11. The return of tickets purchased through the Internet is carried out independently through the website of the cinema no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session, or at the cash desk of the cinema no later than 10 minutes before the start of the session.

2.12. The administration of the cinema is not responsible for fake tickets and tickets purchased from persons who are not official representatives of the cinema.

2.13. An unused film ticket does not give the right to enter other movie show. It is allowed to exchange a ticket for another event with the permission of the administration in the event that the ticket price corresponds to the price of a previously sold ticket and the necessary conditions are met.

2.14. All visitors have the right to apply with claims on the implementation of cinema services to its administration during the working day from 09-00 to 17-00.

3. Call mode

3.1. The entrance to the cinema is carried out only if there is a ticket and in accordance with age -related restrictions on this film. A ticket without a control line is not accepted and does not give the right to watch a movie show.

3.2. For films with the age limitation of “12+”, children who have reached the age of 6 years, but have not reached 12 years, are allowed in the hall in the presence of parents or legal representatives.

3.3. For films with the age limitation of “16+”, children who have not reached the age of 12 years are allowed only in the presence of parents or legal representatives.

3.4. For films with the age limitation of “18+”, children who have not reached the age of 18 years are not allowed even in the presence of parents or legal representatives.

3.5. On the basis of the Federal Law of 01.05.2019 No. 93-ФЗ Article 1-a cashier, controller, and administrator of the cinema has the right to demand a document (original) with an identity (including a foreign citizen) and allows us to establish the age of this visitor.

3.6. The passage of the audience to the cinemas is allowed by ticket controllers 5 minutes before the start of the session.

3.7. The entrance to the cinema is allowed for the session for which the ticket was bought.

3.8. The places should be occupied in accordance with the number of the place indicated on the ticket.

3.9. Persons in a state of drug and alcohol intoxication, as well as in working or dirty clothes in the cinema, are not allowed.

3.10. When the audience was late for the session and the entrance to the cinema after the start of the session, as well as when moving during the session when the light turned off, the administration is not responsible for possible injuries and damage to the visitor's property.

3.11. Children under 3 years of age, accompanied by adults, upon presentation of the document confirming the age of the child, are allowed for a session for free, if they do not occupy a separate place. In this case, a ticket for a child is not purchased.

3.12. The ticket should be stored by the viewer to control until the end of the session.

3.13. In the case of the viewer exit from the hall during the session, when the viewer enters the hall, the controller has the right to demand a ticket.

3.14.Minors are not allowed in the cinema at night unless accompanied by their parents or legal representatives: under the age of 16 – from 22:00 to 06:00 local time; aged 16 to 18 years – from 23:00 to 06:00 local time.

3.15. Children of preschool and primary school age are allowed to evening sessions that do not have age restrictions, accompanied by adults.

3.16. In case of violation of the generally accepted rules and norms of behavior (obscene language, aggressive behavior, breaking the silence in the hall during the screening, etc.), the cinema staff has the right to remove such a visitor from the cinema hall without exchange or reimbursement of the cost of the purchased cinema ticket.

4. Using 3D glasses

4.1. 3D glasses and a cleaning cloth for glasses are issued at the entrance to the cinema by the ticket inspector to each viewer only upon presentation of a ticket.

4.2. Upon receipt of the 3D glasses, the viewer should check them for integrity and ensure that there are no defects. If defects are found, immediately contact the employee who issued the glasses with a request to replace them.

4.3. 3D glasses are the property of the cinema and the viewer who has received 3D glasses for temporary use is liable for their safety.

4.4. If you wear regular glasses, the 3D glasses can be worn over prescription glasses by hooking the frame of the 3D glasses onto the frame of the regular glasses.

4.5. It is forbidden to bend the frame and temples of glasses.

4.6. It is forbidden to touch the lenses of the glasses with your hands and put pressure on them. This will lead to the inevitable breakage of the glasses.

4.7. Wipe the frames of glasses only with a special cloth, which is issued at the entrance to the cinema hall. It is forbidden to wipe glasses glasses with a napkin.

4.8. When leaving the cinema, you must hand over your 3D glasses to the controller.

4.9. In case of temporary exit from the cinema hall during the session, 3D glasses must be handed over to the controller.

4.10. The cinema is not responsible for possible discomfort for the viewer's eyes from watching a movie in 3D format. If you have vision problems, consult your doctor before going to the cinema. The parent of the child himself determines the extent to which the child can perceive the 3D film.

4.11. The visitor has the right to use his own 3D glasses when watching a movie in 3D format, while the Cinema is relieved of any responsibility for the quality of the broadcast image associated with the use of the viewer's own glasses.

5.1. To visit the cinema in working or dirty and soiling clothes, as well as with luggage, items and products, regardless of the type of product and the place and time of its purchase, which can significantly stain visitors and the interior of the cinema, otherwise harm the property of the cinema, the cinema visitors themselves and/or their property or may constitute a threat of such harm.

5.2.Visiting a cinema while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances.

5.3. Carry into the territory of the cinema any type of firearms, gas or edged weapons, regardless of the presence of documents giving the right to carry them, except for law enforcement officers who have service weapons and who visited the cinema on official business. It is also forbidden to bring poisonous, combustible and explosive substances into the territory of the cinema.

5.4. In accordance with Article 6 of the Federal Law On the Restriction of Tobacco Smoking dated 10.07.2001. All types of smoking and tobacco use are prohibited in the cinema.

5.5. In order to implement the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of February 23, 2013 No. 15-FZ “On Protecting the Health of Citizens from the Effects of Secondhand Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption”, tobacco smoking and other use of tobacco products for the purpose of inhaling smoke arising from their smoldering is prohibited on the territory of the cinema, sucking, chewing, sniffing tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes in the auditoriums, foyer, ticket office, restrooms and any other premises and territories of the cinema. For the purposes of these Rules, as well as in accordance with the Federal Law of December 22, 2008 No. 268-FZ “Technical Regulations for Tobacco Products”, Tobacco products are understood to be products that are wholly or partially made from a tobacco leaf as a raw material prepared in this way to be used for smoking, sucking, chewing or sniffing, including cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos (cigarettes), cigarettes, hookah tobacco, thin-cut smoking tobacco, pipe tobacco, bidi, kretek, sucking tobacco (snus), chewing tobacco, snuff tobacco, nasvay, including including electronic cigarettes.

5.6. Bring large bags, boxes, suitcases and other items into the auditorium that interfere with the movement of spectators in the auditorium while watching a movie and prevent evacuation in case of fire or emergency.

5.7. Visit the cinema with prams and children on bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters and other sports equipment.

5.8. To move around the territory of the cinema on a skateboard, roller skates or a bicycle and otherwise not on foot.

5.9. Go to the cinema with animals.

5.10. Carry photo and video equipment into the cinema hall.

5.11. Take photos and videos in the auditorium during the screening of the film. If the filming is recorded by a cinema employee, the viewer will be asked to leave the cinema hall or leave the equipment at the box office until the end of the session (in the latter case, the cinema staff is not responsible for the safety of the equipment).

5.12. Use cell phones during the session.

5.13. To bring non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and food to the cinema territory.

5.14.Litter and scatter various items (packaging, chewing gum, bottles, napkins, food leftovers, etc.) in the auditoriums, as well as on the territory of the cinema, leave things, bags, packages and other hand luggage unattended.

5.15. The administration of the cinema has the right not to allow the viewer to view or remove from the hall in case of violation of public order by the viewer and causing damage to the property of the cinema without compensation for the cost of the ticket.

5.16. It is strictly forbidden to attend the following screenings in the halls of the cinema after watching the film with the purchased ticket.

6.1. We remind you that in case of damage to the property of the cinema, the perpetrators can be held criminally liable in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, depending on the elements of the crime (Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft), Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (appropriation of property), Art. 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing property damage to the owner by deception or abuse of trust), Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (destruction or damage to property due to negligence), as well as to administrative liability, with payment of the full cost of stolen (damaged) property. citizens from the age of 14, and for the commission of other above-mentioned crimes from the age of 16. For the actions of persons under the age of 14, their legal representatives (parents, guardians, trustees) are liable.

6.2. Responsibility for violation of copyright and related rights is provided for in Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Violation of rights may result in liability in the form of a fine of up to 200 thousand rubles. or in the amount of the wage or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to 18 months, or by compulsory work for a period of 180 to 240 hours, or by arrest for a period of 3 to 6 months. For the qualified commission of a crime under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, punishment is provided in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 6 years with a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles. or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to 3 years.

6.3. When a child is left alone on the territory of the cinema, parents (accompanying persons) are not released from responsibility for his actions, life and health.

6.4. The cinema does not provide childcare services.

6.5. The screening of a film work, the start time of which is indicated on the ticket, includes both a demonstration of the work itself and advertising and information materials, the maximum duration of which does not exceed 15 minutes.

For the safety of visitors and employees, 24-hour video surveillance is carried out on the territory of the cinema Kinograd.
