In 1995 she graduated from the Ural State Conservatory named after M.P. Mussorgsky with a degree in Choral Conducting (classes of professors V.A. Kopanev, A.G. Litvina, G.P. Rogozhnikova), in 1997 – an assistant trainee at the UGK in the class of professor G.P. Rogozhnikova.

He has been teaching at the Ural Conservatory since 1995, since 2008 as an associate professor, and since 2011 as an associate professor.

In 2009, she underwent retraining in the specialty: Economics and Management of the Organizational Sphere of Culture and Art at the Yekaterinburg Academy of Modern Art.

In 2000-2017 – Director of the MBUK DO Yekaterinburg Children's Art School No. 14 named after G.V. Sviridov.

From 2017 to the present – Deputy Director for General Affairs of the Ural Center for Folk Art.

L.V. Romodina was awarded with: Diploma of the Yekaterinburg City Duma (2006, 2011), Gratitude of the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk Region (2004), Diploma of the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk Region (2005), Letter of Appreciation from the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region (2007, 2011), Diploma of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region (2010), Letter of thanks from the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region (2014) Blessed diploma from the Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye (2011, 2013), Certificate of honor from the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region (2019). He is a laureate of all-Russian and international competitions.

From 1995 to the present – a teacher, since 2008 as an associate professor, since 2011 as an associate professor of the department of choral conducting of the Ural State Conservatory named after M.P. Mussorgsky. Conducts disciplines: Conducting, Liturgy, Vocal Ensemble.

In 2004, on a voluntary basis, L. V. Romodina vocal ensemble Fresco, now known both in Russia and abroad. A distinctive feature of Fresco's creative activity is the first performance of music, including sacred music, by contemporary composers, including Y. Sudzilovsky, O. Payberdin, D. Astafiev (Moscow), E. Ergashev (Astana), O. Viktorova (Yekaterinburg) , D.Batin (Perm). In different years, the Fresco ensemble participated in the All -Russian Forum of Modern Music in UGK, the All -Russian Berns -Vysotsky project in the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic, a project dedicated to the work of the Yekaterinburg poet Boris Ryzheny, the Four Ferdinand project. In cooperation with the Ural branch of the Union of Composers, the team performs the music of the Ural composers.

For more than 15 years of concert activity, the team has repeatedly been awarded the title of Laureate of All-Russian and International competitions in Russia, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Macedonia, Austria, Spain, Armenia, and became the owner of four Grand Prix. In 2011, the Fresco ensemble was awarded the title of People’s Collective.
