Amateur footage shows how a lady, who “saddled” a barrier near the building for 60 years of the USSR, is trying to be escorted to a patrol car by a policeman.

The “Rider”, in turn, tried to resist, but after a few minutes she still gave up.

The incident itself, as it became known to Noyabrsk 24, happened early in the morning on Sunday, April 4. A message about a naked lady walking down the street was received by the police on duty at about five o'clock in the morning.

“Employees immediately left for the place, the woman was detained and taken to a psycho-neurological dispensary. At present, an inspection has been scheduled for this fact, all the circumstances of the incident are being established, ”the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug said.
