In Zheleznogorsk, the Kursk region, police found out the circumstances of the theft of a smartphone, the cost of which is 74 thousand rubles from the cellular intercourse.

The statement of loss was received from a representative of the security service of the chain of stores specializing in the sale of gadgets. During the inventory, the fact of replacing the original model with a budget analogue was revealed.

The law enforcement officers examined the trading object and did not reveal hacking and extraneous intervention there. In this regard, they decided to check the store employees. Law enforcement officers conducted a survey of employees using a polygraph. The results indicated involvement in the theft of one of the managers – a 22 -year -old young man. After a while, he confessed to his deed.

– The defendant was sure that the substitution of the smartphone would not be detected, since the closest check from the video surveillance cameras would be deleted. Instead of an expensive smartphone, the young man put a cheap copy in the box. After that, an entrepreneurial resident of Zheleznogorsk sold the phone for only 20 thousand rubles, the regional administration noted.
