Athletes of the club of disabled people Equal opportunities thundered throughout Russia
The All-Russian summer sports day of children with disabilities was held in Ramensky. Competitions were held in order to develop sports persons with damage to the musculoskeletal system and was a comprehensive sports event.
The general management of the organization of the Spartakiad was carried out by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization “All-Russian Federation of Sports of Persons with a defeat of the musculoskeletal system”.
At the opening ceremony of all participants in the Spartakiad, the chairman of the executive committee, the first vice-president of the Paralympic Committee of Russia, the chief of the mission of the Russian national team at the XV Paralympic Summer Games of 2016 in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) welcomed Pavel Rozhkov. The grand opening took place in the Ramensky Sports Palace of Borisoglebsky.
More than 130 athletes from Moscow, Moscow, Kaluga, Tyumen, Novosibirsk, Arkhangelsk, Kostroma and Tomsk regions, the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) arrived at the competition. Within the framework of the Spartakiad, competitions were held in 8 sports: athletics, swimming, barrel, table tennis, checkers, chess, darts, and sports orientation.
The team of the Moscow Region team included 29 people, including from the city district of Serpukhov athletes of the club Equal opportunities – Anton Ulitin, Daria Vaganova, Ivan Zikrach.
Competitions were held in personal and team disciplines, with a summary of the general team. Our countrymen flashed in individual skill and achieved the following results:
– Ivan Zikrach – 2nd place in running 100 meters;
– Daria Vaganova – 2nd place in the pushing of the nucleus;
– Daria Vaganova – 2nd place in table tennis;
– Ivan Zikrach – 3rd place in running 200 meters.
According to the results of the competitions in the team event, the Moscow team won the first place, Second – Moscow region, the third – the Arkhangelsk region. The winners and prize -winners of the Spartakiad were awarded medals and diplomas of the Russian Ministry of Sports. The team of the Moscow region was awarded the Cup of the Ministry of Sports of Russia.
The municipal institution of the Disabled Club “Equal Oppowers” expresses special gratitude to the leadership of the Serpukhov rehabilitation Center for Disabled “Meridian” for the provision of transport and the delivery of athletes to the city of Ramenskoye, the Moscow Region for the All-Russian Summer Spartakiad of Children with disabilities.
